Revocation instructions for platform contract
Right of Revocation
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the date of completion of the contract.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to revoke this agreement. You may use the attached sample revocation form for this (optional).
In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this agreement, we shall reimburse you immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we received your revocation statement. You will be reimbursed for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than additional charges arising from your choice of delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). We will use the same means of payment used by you in the original transaction for the refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged for this refund.
If you have requested that services be commenced during the revocation period, you will be required to pay us a reasonable amount equal to the proportion of the services already provided by the time you notify us of the exercise of the right of revocation with respect to this agreement in relation to the total amount of services provided in the agreement.
Note on the premature expiry of the right of revocation
In the case of a contract for the provision of services, your right of revocation expires prematurely if we have provided the service in full or we have started to provide the service after you have given your express consent and at the same time have confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of revocation if we have fulfilled the contract in full.
